Shipping policy

At DiscountHydro we operate a Live-Pricing system to ensure you always get the absolute best price on the UK Marketplace at any given time.

With this in mind, we have simplified our shipping costs which are based on weight.

Every 15kg is only £6.95 – this makes it fair, regardless of what you are purchasing.

Examples (may vary):

·      If you buy a selection of Nutrients, it will most likely be £6.95

·      If you buy a Large/Heavy Grow Tent, this maybe around £20.85 as tents usually weigh more than 50kg and come in at least 2 separate parcels.

·      If you were to buy 10 bags of heavy soil this would total around £60 as they all must be boxed sent individually.

We do offer Pallet Deliveries to Mainland UK which cost £79 per 600kg. Pallet Shipping will become an option at Checkout if your Parcel Shipping costs reach £50 or more.

Some items can only be sent on a pallet dues to their individual weight, size dimensions (or a combination of both)

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed before 1:30pm - We aim to ship these the same day; however, we cant be held liable for any delays from the delivery companies that are outside of our control.

You will be notified by email when your package has been collected and given tracking information.

PACKAGING

Your parcel may arrive in a recycled box as we're always trying to reduce waste and recycling however, be assured that everything we send it discrete and wrapped and won't show any details of the package contents.

MISSED DELIVERIES

Most carriers will try 2 or 3 times to deliver your order before they return it to us.

If this happens we get charged for this. We will pass the cost to you which is £9.95

To resend the parcel, the full shipping cost will need to be paid again. If you choose a refund at this stage we will refund you minus all courier costs.

REGIONAL DELIVERY SURCHARGES 

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Alderney, Herm, Sark and Scottish Offshore have a one-off surcharge (regardless of weight) which is £25 and applied automatically at Checkout.

DAMAGES

IF any packages arrive damaged, TAKE PHOTOS IMMEDIATELY. You must notify us within 24 hours and include clear photos of the damage before, during, and after you open the package.

If you don't notify us within 24 hours of delivery, we will not be held liable for any damages. reach out to us here admin@DiscountHydro.com

FREE SHIPPING

Some items may be part of a promotion and benefit from Free Shipping regardless of weight however Regional Surcharges will still apply. These items change regularly and can be found here:
