These valves are useful for many applications around the house and garden.
Push fit with a barb that helps retain the hose pipe, they operate like a tap to control or stop flow.

Use
Inline valves are available in different sizes to suit different applications.
The size stated is the internal diameter of the hose to be used, be aware that some suppliers state the external diameter instead eg. Autopot and Easyfeed will state 16mm hose pipe, this actually has an internal diameter of 13mm.

Applications
4mm(6mm external) – Often used to control the flow of irrigation drippers or air stones.
13mm(16mm external) – The most used size which fits ordinary garden hose and is used with many irrigation systems for example- Autopot, EasyFeed, IWS and many more.
19mm – These are used often in irrigation systems where a higher flow rate is required.
25mm – Used in systems including IWS Pro Flood and Drain, also in irrigation systems where a higher flow rate is required.
