Plug-In Dimmer Fan Speed Controller

A cheap, effective plug-in speed controller for your intake or outtake fan. Plugs into any UK socket, the fan plugs into the front, and a rotary dial gives you stepless adjustment from minimum to full power. No wiring, no installation.

Why bother

A fan running flat out all the time is noisier than it needs to be, costs more to run, and pulls your tent walls in. Dialling it back to what the room actually needs is quieter, cheaper, and easier on the motor — which is the part that usually fails first.

Before you buy

For AC fans only. It is not suitable for EC fans, which need their own dedicated controller, and it must not be used on LED lighting or anything with an electronic driver. Running an EC fan? Use a dedicated EC controller instead.
