What is the Active Splitter Cable used for?
It is a Y active splitter cable for use with SystemAir EC fans and G.A.S active fan controllers. Active cables have all three pins connected, so the controller can be powered from the fan without a mains connection, meaning fewer plugs in your grow room.
How do I know if my controller needs the Active Splitter Cable?
You must use active cables with controllers designed for them, and these have white connections. The white active cables carry power from the fan to the controller.
