Why use an air pump in hydroponics?

An air pump pushes air through airstones in your reservoir or DWC system, keeping the water moving and raising dissolved oxygen levels around the roots. Well oxygenated roots take up nutrients better and are less prone to rot.

Which ET Series air pump size do I need?

The range runs from the ET 30 (30 litres of air per minute, 25W) up to larger models such as the ET 150 (150 litres per minute, 130W). Choose by the total number of airstones and the size and depth of your reservoirs. A bigger pump can serve several tanks or buckets through a manifold.
