Every size ships as two strips, wired and ready to run from a single UK plug. Two bars either side of a propagator give you even coverage across the whole tray instead of one bright stripe down the middle, which is where a single-bar setup lets you down.

Built for a damp room

Aluminium housing under a clear cover, with sealed end caps and a glanded cable entry — they will live happily above a propagator lid or on a humid shelf.

• 60cm — 2 x 12W — suits a standard seed tray or a single propagator
• 90cm — 2 x 18W — a shelf or a pair of trays side by side
