Is the Maxibright Varidrive 2 720/960w LED 720W or 960W?
It runs at 720W with the included Varidrive ballast, giving 2071 μmol/s. Adding a second Varidrive ballast, purchased separately, takes it to 960W and 2596 μmol/s.
What area does the Maxibright Varidrive 2 cover?
It is a 6-bar fixture designed for a 1.5m x 1.5m area, measuring 1100 x 1075 x 50mm. It is dimmable at 250W, 400W, 600W and 720W Boost.
Can the Varidrive 2 power pack go outside the grow area?
Yes, you can choose to have the power pack inside or outside the grow area. Remote connection needs a 10m extension lead, which is sold separately. The light has a 3-year warranty.
