What does an IWS Control Unit do in an Autodrain or Dripper system?
It is the heart of the system. In an Autodrain it collects and pumps away run-off, and in a Dripper it holds and feeds nutrient to the dripper lines. A built-in timer lets you control the number of flood or feed cycles.
What is the difference between the STD and PRO IWS Control Unit?
The STD Control Unit has 1000 litre capacity with 16mm fittings, matching the Autodrain Standard and Dripper Standard kits. The PRO has 3000 litre capacity with 25mm fittings for faster draining, matches the Pro kits, and also gives control over cycle length.
Can I use these IWS Control Units on a Flood & Drain system?
No, Flood & Drain systems use a different Control Unit built for that system. Look for the IWS Flood & Drain Control Units instead.
